Pre-Function Area

Our Pre-Function Space sets the tone for every event, offering a welcoming and versatile area for registrations, networking, or pre-event drinks. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, it provides the perfect gathering point before moving into the Acacia, Banksia Room, or other areas of the Club.

Convenience is at the heart of this space, with direct access to the bar, nearby amenities, and easy entry from the solar-covered carpark. Guests will also appreciate the seamless connection to the wider Club, ensuring smooth movement throughout the venue.

To enhance the event experience, the Pre-Function Space is fitted with portrait digital screens for directional information or advertising, as well as a speaker system that can be used for announcements or background music. The area also includes a designated outdoor smoking area, providing convenience for guests who wish to step outside while remaining close to the event. Whether used as a standalone gathering point or as part of a larger event, the Pre-Function Space creates a polished and professional first impression.
